Galaxy Villas Bali Terms and Conditions :
- Booking:
a. The villa can be booked by making the full payment of the total rental amount.
b. All payments should be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card. - Cancellation Policy:
a. If the booking is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the check-in date, the rental amount will be refunded, less a 50% handling fee.
b. If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the check-in date, no refund will be given.
c. No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows. - Check-in and Check-out:
a. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
b. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges. - Occupancy:
a. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the villa.
b. No events or parties are allowed without prior approval from the villa management. - House Rules:
a. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
b. Pets are not allowed inside the villa.
c. Guests are expected to keep the villa and its surroundings clean and tidy.
d. Any damage caused to the villa or its contents must be reported to the villa management immediately.
e. Guests are expected to respect the privacy and tranquility of the villa and its neighbors. - Liability:
a. The villa management accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property.
b. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republik Indonesia.
b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kabupaten badung, Bali.
